The Way The Office Works

Appointments

Because our practitioners often visit patients in the hospital or at other medical facilities outside the office, we see all of our patients on an appointment basis. Please call in advance so that we may reserve a time for you. Emergency care is provided without an appointment when necessary.

Prescriptions

Our clinical team provides care as directed by a physician referral or prescription. Please bring the referral or prescription with you at your initial visit.

Payment for Services

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Worker's Comp, Veteran's Administration and many other insurance plans. If you are not covered by one of these plans or prior authorization for services has not been provided by your insurer, a deposit will be required at the initial consultation with the balance due at the time of completion. To help you reach a clear understanding of the necessary financial arrangements, our staff will be happy to assist you in answering any questions you may have about your medical insurance coverage.
