In 1996, Lee Keneston lost his right hand in an accident with an industrial conveyor belt. Prior to his accident, he had enjoyed many physical activities like lacrosse, dirt-biking, football and competitive shooting and being one-handed made it more difficult for him to enjoy the things he loved.
Holding a hairbrush and curling iron at the same time and cutting her own food….simple actions for most of us, but these are the kinds of things Paige Edwards had always wanted to do. Now, after being fit with bionic fingers by POA, this 14 year old, high school freshman, is well on her way to experiencing life as she had dreamed it could be.
